Biang Bakpao :<br />
250 gr terigu protein rendah<br />
10 gr ragi instant<br />
150 cc air<br />
<br />
Bahan Adonan Utama Bakpao :<br />
90 gr terigu protein rendah<br />
60 gr tepung tang mien (bisa diganti dengan terigu protein rendah)<br />
70 gr gula halus<br />
1 sdm baking powder<br />
¼ sdt amoniak kue (boleh tidak dipakai)<br />
3 sdm air<br />
50 gr mentega putih<br />

<b>Petunjuk</b><br />
Campur semua bahan untuk biang. Di uleni sampai tidak lengket di tangan ( kurang lebih 10 menit).<br />
Diamkan biang selama 1 jam atau sampai mengembang 2 kali.<br />
Masukkan bahan adonan utama ke dalam biang biang bakpao. Uleni sampai kalis.<br />
Timbang adonan sebesar 20-25gr. Tipiskan, bentuk menjadi bulat. Letakkan isi bakpao ke tengah2x adonan.<br />
Kukus bakpao selama 15 menit.<br />

Ternyata di rumah pun kita bisa doing something very very fun! I'm not ganna lie, kalo aku tadinya seriiing beli sesuatu sebagai 'penebus' rasa bersalah, biasanya kalo pulang malem aku sempetin mampir beli ini itu buat penghibur Mayra. well.. ternyata cara itu ngga bener, selain rumah penuuhh ama barang barang printilan mainan, kebiasaan yang kaya gitu juga ngga mendidik. Anak jadi kurang menghargai pemberian, karena terasa kurang special..<br /><br />Anywaayss.. Aku udah insyaf dari bela beli mainan, sekarang lebih banyak browsing cari cari tutorial untuk bikin mainan sendiri atau atleast memanfaatkan apa yang udah ada untuk bermain ( ceritanya pengen hidup frugal haha ). Berhubung bapak emang ngga suka yang manis manis jadi sengaja ngga dibikinin birthday cake. Anyways.. bikin nasi kuning ternyata ngga sesulit yang dikira prosesnya cepet n tinggal cemplungin aja jadi satu di rice cooker. Sisihkan.<br />Panaskan wajan tumis bawang bombay dan paprika dengan olive oil hingga harum, masukkan daging giling tumis hingga berubah warna. Kemudian masukkan tomat segar yang sudah diblender dan tomato pasta aduk rata. Masukkan jamur champignon, bumbui dengan garam merica dan oregano. Happy Sunday all ^^<br /><br /><span style="color: rgb(102, 102, 0);font-size:180%;" >Fettucini Carbonara</span><span style="color: rgb(204, 153, 51);font-size:85%;" ><br />source : Primarasa Femina<br /><br /><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size:100%;">Bahan :<br />1.000 ml air untuk merebus<br />1 sdt garam<br />1 sdt minyak sayur<br />250 gr Fettucini<br />200 gr Iga Sapi Asap / Beef Bacon<br />4 kuning telur<br />75 gr keju parmesan parut<br />100 ml krim<br />200 ml susu cair<br />1/4 sdt garam<br />1/4 sdt merica bubuk<br />2 sdm minyak zaitun<br />2 siung bawang putih, cincang<br />150 gr bawang bombay, cincang<br /><br />Didihkan air dalam panci, tambahkan garam dan minyak. Masukkan Fettucini, rebus selama 10 - 12 menit hingga matang. Angkat, tiriskan, sisihkan.<br /><br />Iris beef bacon/daging asap tipis serong, tumis sebentar dalam wajan hingga berminyak, angkat, sisihkan<br /><br />Kocok telur menggunakan garpu, campurkan keju parmesan, krim, susu cair, garam, merica, aduk rata<br /><br />Panaskan minyk dalam wajan, masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombai, tumis hingga layu. Masukkan Fettucini dan beef bacon tumis, aduk hingga rata dan erasap. matikan apinya.<br /><br />Tuang segera kocokan telur kedalam wajan berisi Fettucini, aduk rata dan biarkan telur matang terkena panas fettucini.
