to make the "sharp skin" you just simply snip and make small cuts with scissor before putting it into the steamer

Mayra said it looks like a porcupine hehe.. I think they're happy with, you can just see it in their face, giggling while eating porcupine :D

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  2. Preheat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the cabbage and pork mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold wrappers in half over filling, and seal edges with moistened fingers.
  4. In the preheated vegetable oil, cook gyoza approximately 1 minute per side, until lightly browned. Place water into skillet and reduce heat. Cover and allow gyoza to steam until the water is gone.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and rice vinegar. Use the mixture as a dipping sauce for the finished wrappers.

Camping di rumah

Pengen nyenengin anak kecil tuh gampang banget sebenernya, ngga perlu mainan mahal ataupun pergi ke tempat tempat jauh. Ternyata di rumah pun kita bisa doing something very very fun! I'm not ganna lie, kalo aku tadinya seriiing beli sesuatu sebagai 'penebus' rasa bersalah, biasanya kalo pulang malem aku sempetin mampir beli ini itu buat penghibur Mayra. well.. ternyata cara itu ngga bener, selain rumah penuuhh ama barang barang printilan mainan, kebiasaan yang kaya gitu juga ngga mendidik. Anak jadi kurang menghargai pemberian, karena terasa kurang special..

Anywaayss..

Nasi Kuning for Bapak's Birthday

Tanggal 22 September kemarin kami merayakan ulang tahun Bapak, nothing fancy cuma 'syukuran' dengan masak nasi kuning aja. Berhubung bapak emang ngga suka yang manis manis jadi sengaja ngga dibikinin birthday cake. Anyways.. bikin nasi kuning ternyata ngga sesulit yang dikira prosesnya cepet n tinggal cemplungin aja jadi satu di rice cooker. Alhamdulillah biarpun baru pertama kali bikin nasi kkuning hasilnya ngga mengecewakan. Happy Birthday Bapak!! We love you..

Ukurannya untuk toddler, Mayra seneng banget punya tas "mainan", dibuat diaper bag mainan kalo lagi main ama boneka boneka nya.. diisi macem macem perkakas :)
